- Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
Process for Returns and Exchanges

- Customers are required to contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Once verified, we will guide you regarding the next steps.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Faulty or Incorrect Products: If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, LAFANZO will bear the return shipping cost. The product will be exchanged or returned after verification.
- Change of Mind: For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Eligible Returns:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Products:
- Products that are damaged, used, altered, or personalized/engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased during promotions or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Options:
- Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer, within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
