Online Purchases

  • Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

Contact Us:

  • Customers are required to contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • Once verified, we will guide you regarding the next steps.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products: If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, LAFANZO will bear the return shipping cost. The product will be exchanged or returned after verification.
  • Change of Mind: For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping charges.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Eligible Returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

  1. Non-Returnable Products:
  • Products that are damaged, used, altered, or personalized/engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during promotions or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Options:

  • Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer, within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
