Refund policy

Refunds are only applicable for approved returns after the returned product has been inspected and verified.

Refund Method

• Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return has been approved.

Important Notes

• Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes our inspection.
• Shipping charges paid by the customer for returns due to a change of mind are non-refundable.
• Products that are damaged, used, altered, personalized/engraved, or purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for a refund.
